Enrollment 

enroll by Aug 1st (Ages 6-12 )
2025/2026 academic year

Ages appropriate for enrollment are 6 - 12 years old by start of 2025/2026 term

NW MES classroom structure is  academic level based,

less traditional "grade" level orientated.

Enrollment Steps:
  1. CLICK LINK ABOVE to Enroll a new student + remit $120 registration fee.
  2. Notify previous school (if applicable) of withdrawl for "homeschool" 
  3. Complete NOI & send to ESD (see link or attached) -or- register with Gubberman online ;-)
  4. August: Sign & Return . . .
    • Parent and Student Agreements (after reading Handbook to receive via email)
    • Medical Consent​
  5. Issue timely tuition payment​
Pay today by adding tuition to web cart (below)

an invoice, with remittance instructions will be
sent on or before August 19th.
1st Tuition Payment Due Aug 29th
Important Dates
May 1st - June 30th Open Registration 
Late Registration through August 26th (surcharge may apply)
August 29th - 1st Tuition Payment Due
Sept 2 - First Day of School for new students
Sept 4 - First Day of School for returning students

Tuition Rates
A discount of $200 per student may be applied, when  paid in full by August 31st

Parent volunteers may use fundraising dollars to help offset up to 50% of their students tuition!!
